Hi, I’m Charlie...

I'm a balanced dog trainer, daycare worker, and full-time dog nerd. My passion is helping real dogs and real people build calmer, more connected lives together.

I’ve been training professionally for over a year, but my experience started long before that. I’ve raised, fostered, and rehabbed reactive dogs, and worked with pups of every size, age, and background through my work at a doggy daycare and training facility.

My training philosophy is all about clarity, fairness, and communication. I believe training should be a two-way conversation: we listen to our dogs as much as they listen to us. Every tool and every technique I use is chosen with that in mind.

Whether you’re working with a reactive dog, teaching a puppy the basics, or just trying to build better manners, I’m here to help you create real-world results—without the overwhelm.

My Story

I got into dog training the way a lot of people do: out of love, and a little bit of desperation. My pit bull, Cooper, was reactive and aggressive toward other dogs and risked euthanasia after a run-in with another dog.

We spent years learning together. I studied every method, tried everything, and made a lot of mistakes. But in that process, I discovered something life-changing: that the right communication can give even the most misunderstood dog a second chance.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping other people and dogs find that same connection. I’m especially passionate about working with reactive dogs, shy dogs, and dogs who just need someone to listen.

My goal is simple: to help dogs become their best selves, and to help their people feel proud, capable, and supported along the way.
